This is a full day of eating keto. This is a normal day for me. Typically I’ll grab/pack something keto for work. TODAY IS MY DAY OFF So I show you what I do on my days off (besides film and maintain a keto youtube channel)
You will notice I don’t count macros in my video. I have been doing low carb/Keto for 3 years now and I have found that every time I’m strictly counting macronutrients I ger BURNT OUT!
How I live my best keto life: I eat low carb foods only when I get hungry. I stop at satiety (feeling full) that’s it!!! THATS THE SECRET I promise you there is no magic ratio of carbs/protein/fat The key to success is knowing what food cause an insulin spike -limiting those- and only eating when you are truly hungry (not bored, not that time of day
, not because your about to workout) only when you are truly hungry.
